If you would like to participate in our group or you know someone who you think may benefit please contact us to ask questions and find out more.
To become a participant you can be referred in several ways:
- Your Adult Social Care representative or Community Placement Officer
- Your G.P., Occupational Therapist or Community Health team
- Independent or charitable agencies that provide residential care e.g. Mencap
- By personal arrangement
