We won! So all our practice was worthwhile. Sunday’s annual cricket match against The Eden Project was a resounding success for the People and Gardens team. Two months ago People and Gardens were fortunate enough to receive some funding from The Big Lottery for our “New Growing Project”. The grant of £9,730 will go towards paying for an experienced horticultural worker to work with us for one year, assisting in our new growing programme.
